City Hall Update
At the May 28, 2026 Board of Aldermen meeting, the Board approved an agreement with Navigate Building Solutions to provide Owner's Representative services for the Procurement and Pre-Construction phases of the proposed City Hall project. Construction and Post-Construction Services would require separate Board approval at a future date.
As the Owner's Representative, Navigate will assist the City with project planning, design and engineering coordination, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and project management during the initial phases of the project while representing the City's interests throughout the process.

As the City plans for the future, the Board of Aldermen has expressed a desire to provide a facility that better supports municipal operations and public services while reflecting the City's mission, vision, and commitment to serving the community.
