The City of Weldon Spring maintains numerous intergovernmental contracts with St. Charles County Government for a variety of municipal services. The Administration manages these contracts and coordinates services between the two governmental entities. The following are municipal services that the City contracts and pays St. Charles County Government to perform on the City’s behalf:

- Street and Stormwater Maintenance of Public Infrastructure and Snow Removal Services
- Animal Control & Kennel Services
- Building/Construction Review and Inspection
- Property Maintenance/Code Enforcement Services
- Mosquito Control
- Large Dead Animal Pickup (along roadways)
