- Stormwater Management issues.

The City of Weldon Spring contracts with the St. Charles County Building and Code Enforcement Division to issue building permits for projects within the City. St. Charles County has adopted the 2021 International Building Code, and as part of this partnership, the City has adopted the same codes.
